Personal Data Treatment and Handling:
INFORMATION DOCUMENT EXTRACTED FROM ART.13 LAW NO.196/2003
			(“Code of practice relating to the protection of Personal Data”)
			Dear Sir/Madam, In abidance to Art 13 of Law  n.196/2003, containing provisions for the protection of the individual and other parties in relation to the treatment and handling of personal data, we wish to Inform You of the following: 1) The data you give us will be treated and handled so as to satisfy all requirements prescribed by Law, by any applicable code of Practice, or by EU Legislation, in particular in relation to the sending of advertising or informative material, the sending of Business Information, the interactive exchange of trade data. 2) The treatment and handling of Personal Data will be done in a printed form and/or with the help of I.T. equipment also by third party personnel for whom, the knowledge of your Personal Data is absolutely necessary or in any case, functional to the Delivery of our Firm’s Service; In any case the treatment and handling of Personal Data will be done according to the principles of Correctness, Lawfulness and Transparency and following all provisions for the Protection of Your Privacy and Legal Rights. 3) The Holder  whom is responsible for Data Handling is: Vivai Anania 4) In any moment in time, the Customer may exercise his own Statutory Rights in relation to the Holder of such data, as provided for by Art.7 of Law No 196/2003,which for the Customer’s Convenience, We here state in full: Law No.196/2003, Art. 7 – Right of Access to Personal Data and Other Rights 1.The Person concerned, has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of his own personal data, even if such data has not yet been processed, and the communication of such data must be in an intelligible form . 2. The Person concerned has the right to obtain Information about : a)the origin of his own personal data; b) the Purposes and Procedural Ways in which such data is handled ; c) the Logic applied when the data is handled with the help of I.T. equipment; d) For Identification Purposes: the personal data of the Holder, of Those Responsible for the Handling and the data of the Appointed Representative as provided for, by Art 5, Paragraph  2; e) the people and the categories of people to whom such personal data may be communicated or whom may become acquainted with the same, as appointed representatives within the National Boundaries, of the people responsible or  instructed with the handling of such personal data. 3. The Person concerned has the right to obtain: a) the Update ,  the Amendment to or, if requested, the Integration of his own personal data; b) the Cancellation, the Change to an anonymous format  or the blocking of all data which has been unlawfully handled,  including that data the storing of which, is not necessary to the purposes for which the data has been collected,  or subsequently handled; c) the confirmation that the transactions specified above at letters a) and b) have been dutifully communicated, also in relation to their nature, to the people to whom said data were  originally given or distributed, except the case, in which such a procedure is impossible to carry out or involves the deployment of an evident disproportionate quantity of means in comparison to the protected right . 4. The Person concerned has the right to deny authorisation, overall or partially : a) for legitimate reasons, to the handling of his own personal data, even if such data are consistent with the stated purpose for which the said data are being asked; b) to the handling of his own personal data for the purpose of sending advertising or direct-sale material or the carrying out of market research or other commercial communications. Does the Undersigned, having received all Information supplied by the Holder of the Data Treatment and Handling Process according to Art  13 of Law 196/2003, Agree to and Authorise the Treatment and Handling of his own personal data for the purposes detailed in this Information Document ?
